Optimasi Kadar Aspal Pertamina Terhadap Karakteristik Campuran Aspal Beton (Ac-Bc) Menggunakan Variasi Agregat Batuan Lokal Gunung (Balapulang)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik Marshall menggunakan
bahan pengikat aspal Pertamina AC 60/70 dengan menggukan Flow (kelelehan),
VIM (Void In Mix), VMA (Void In Mineral Agregate) VFB (Void Filled Bitumen) dan
Marshall Quotient (MQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian campuran
beraspal panas (Hot Mix) dengan metode Marshall. Penelitian ini Terdiri dari 5
Varian dan masing-masing varian menggunakan kadar aspal yang berbeda antara
lain 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5%, dan 7%, dan perkadar dibuatkan masig-masing 3 sample
benda uji. Pelaksanaan peneliian dilakukan di Laboratarium Teknik sipil Universitas
Pancasakti Tegal dan Laboratarium PT, Nisaana Hasna Rizqy. Tahapan pengujian
meliputi Pemeriksaan Agregat Agregat kasar dan agregat halus), pemeriksaan aspal
AC 60/70,Pemeriksaan filler , pembuatan benda uji campuran beton aspal dan
pengujiaan marshall. Hasil uji kinerja karakterisitik Marshall didapat kadar
Optimum 5,5% dan hasil rata Stbilitas Marshall 1550,0 kg, nilai rerata Flow
(kelelehan) 4,00 mm, nilai Density (kepadatan ) 2,340 gr/cc, nilai VMA ( Void In
Mineral Agregate) 14,40%, nilai rerata Vim (Void In Mix ) 3,70%, nilai rerata VFB (void
Filled Bitumen ) 76,20%, dan nilai rerata Marshall Quotient (MQ) 440,0 kg/mm
