Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dapat merancang ulang tata letak fasilitas pabrik yang baik untuk menunjang efisiensi dan memudahkan proses produksi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perencanaan ulang tata letak departemen produksi PT. SKU dengan menggunakan Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) sebagian besar di pengaruhi oleh derajat hubungan urutan aliran kerja antar departemen juga dipengaruhi derajat kontak personal yang sering dilakukan dan tingkat kebisingan.
