Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 SMAN 5 Tegal melalui Think Pair Square. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan 2 siklus. Hasil analisis ketuntasan belajar semula 75,0 % menjadi 85,7 %. Aktivitas belajar semula kategori baik sekali 21,4 %, baik 28,6 %, cukup 28,6%, kurang 17,8 % dan kurang sekali 3,6 %, menjadi kategori baik sekali 28,6 %, baik 32,1 %, cukup25,0 %, kurang 14,3 % dan kurang sekali 0 %. Peneliti menyarankan model ini dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran.
